Your Audience Hates AI. Your Next Job Requires It.

Another AI tool has just hit the market, and it’s comin’ from the big guy… Google Pics. An AI image generation and editing tool that will be built directly into their Google Workspace.

AI isn’t a separate tool anymore. It’s going to be right in our faces and built into everything we’re using as creatives. We’ll be opening it up every single day and being told to use it constantly.

Open up Twitter and you’ll quickly see tweets like:

This is how the people feel, but we’re seeing companies put AI in front of us with everything we’re using. People are screaming from the rooftops that they don’t want to use it, see it, or be a part of any business that uses it.

When talking to businesses about hiring Social Media Managers, they’re making it very clear that AI proficiency is becoming mandatory. Companies are wanting you to know how to use it, even when their customers are rejecting it in their faces.

So which one are you?

Are you the Social Media Manager that’s retweeting “AI SLOP!!”, or are you the one quietly opening up Google Pics because the job description said you had to?

How do you feel about that?
